Gender pay gap

Government legislation requires that UK businesses with 250 employees or more publish information on the difference between average earnings for men and women within their organisation.

Moneypenny staff are paid equally for equivalent roles across the business, regardless of gender. PAs represent 74% of our workforce and are predominantly female, earning on average 11.4% mean and 29.2% median more than male colleagues. Overall however, the gender pay gap in the company is 30% mean and 29.2% median in favour of men as 68% of men work in IT, marketing, sales or senior management.

Legislation also requires that we publish bonus figure variations. The PAs, who are 96% female, receive bonuses 25.8% mean and 17.2% median in their favour, whilst overall in the company bonuses are 35.2% mean and 26.9% median in favour of men (which reflects the different roles).
